Rick Beale has extensive experience in the representation of national, regional and community lending institutions, as well as borrowers, in a wide variety of areas, including asset-based lending, real estate finance, auto dealership finance, government contractor financing, participation, hotel financing, loan workouts and restructuring foreclosures, creditors’ rights, collateral recovery, lender liability, and wealth management transactions.

His finance experience includes advice at the structuring and commitment stage, preparing and negotiating loan and security documents, handling of loan closings and all aspects of enforcement of remedies.
